Our aftermarket seal kits are composed of all new materials and work flawlessly with Bettis Actuators. Our seal kits have a 1-2 day delivery turnaround once order is placed.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSPECTION & REMANUFACTURE OF VALVE ACTUATORS
I. SCOPE
A . The purpose of this specification is to set the necessary requirements to insure that al remanufactured actuators met the applicable criteria for safe, reliable operation, serviceability and appearance.
II. DISASSEMBLY & INSPECTION
A. Each actuator is given a work order number to coincide with the customers PO number. This number will follow the actuator to completion.
B. All Actuators are completely disassembled to the basic components. All of the components are inspected and tagged —to be replaced fi worn or defective.
C. All reusable parts are cleaned, tagged, photographed, and referenced with inventory control numbers, and assigned to a parts bin.
E. All defective parts are replaced and photographed — and available for customer review. D. Photographs and notes are on file and available for customer review.
III. CLEANING
A. Parts are chemically cleaned first — then buffed and polished.
IV. ASSEMBLY
A. Actuator parts are reassembled with new seals, o-rings, gaskets and lubricants.
B. Cylinders are tested for leaks. Actuators are stroked and stop screws are set.
C. Reassembled actuators are sandblasted and painted.
D. Completed actuators are tagged with model numbers and purchase order numbers.
